Our interventional radiologist Majorie Pearsall, MD specializes in the care of dialysis patients vascular access needs. We also dedicate ourselves to non-dialysis procedures like Varicose Veins, Uterine Fibroid Embolization and Medi-Port Placement for cancer patients.  Our center allows for patients to be seen in timely, reliable, safe, cost-efficient manner for all procedures. Our interventional radiologist uses the most advanced techniques available in performing both dialysis and non-dialysis procedures. Dr. Pearsall has specific sub-specialty training within Interventional Radiology and she is actively involved in teaching, lecturing, research, and advancing in her field of medicine.

A doctor of Interventional Radiology (abbreviated IR or sometimes VIR for vascular and interventional radiology, also known as Image-Guided Surgery or Surgical Radiology) is a subspecialty of radiology in which minimally invasive procedures are performed using image guidance. Some of these procedures are done for purely diagnostic purposes (e.g., angiograms) while others are done for treatment purposes (e.g., angioplasty)
